Flow Class | Robbin Rose

Join us for a restorative Balacize Flow class hosted by Robbin Rose! She is a full body healer with a love of nature and all things movement. This 45 minute class moves at a slower pace and is designed to improve flexibility and lengthen your body through the help of yoga, stretching, lighter Pilates, and more.
