Join us for an energizing Balacize Sculpt class hosted by Aubre Winters! She is an all around motivator and encourages everyone to push themselves to reach their potential. This 45 minute class is designed to improve muscle definition and increase overall strength and covers anything from lifting weights to heavier Pilates to calisthenics with some HIIT.
