Join us for a grounding Balacize Unwind class hosted by Marie Grujicic! She is a professional dancer that fell in love with the power of yoga. This 45 minute class covers everything you need if you’re wanting to focus on meditation, breathing, recovery, and unlocking tense thoughts or tightness in the body.
