Join us for a restorative Balacize Flow class hosted by Grayson Gilbert! He believes that we can find strength within grace, and power within stillness. This 45 minute class moves at a slower pace and is designed to improve flexibility and lengthen your body through the help of yoga, stretching, lighter Pilates, and more.
