Join us for a restorative Balacize Flow class hosted by Marie Grujicic! She is a professional dancer that fell in love with the power of yoga. This 45 minute class moves at a slower pace and is designed to improve flexibility and lengthen your body through the help of yoga, stretching, lighter Pilates, and more.
